What We've Been Doing.....

Sorry about not updating the blog recently, we have been really busy. Over the Labor Day weekend, we went to Colorado to see my dad who was in the hospital recovering from a staff infection that he got after surgery on his foot. I'd show you pictures of his foot, but they are pretty gross.

My Brother and I had to ask the doctor some serious questions. Needless to say, he was very professional. He was a wealth of information. We could help ourselves, my brother and I had to take a picture with the Doctor that was going to fix our dad.

Well, I am happy to say that my dad has been moved to rehab facility close to my parents house and he should be out of there within the next couple of weeks.

While we were in Denver, Sawyer started to open up even more. He was running around the living laughing heis little head off. Then he would lay on the floor and do this little inch worm thing all the way across the room (no pictures of that).

When we got back home, we had a little package on our front door. It was a little Gertie Ball that Mrs. D http://wunschmachen.blogspot.com/ sent us.

This past weekend, we wnt down to Lincoln City, OR and spent some time with our friends Chip and Holly.

What a great weekend and what awesome weather except at sunset when it was a little cold. Enjoy the pictures:

And finally, after our little hero walked off into..well the sunrise, we went and visted our friend down the street so Sawyer and Melanie can get some pictures together for the Yunnan directory.

Godd night and we will blog you all soon.

Love the pictures! He's quite the little traveler already.

It will be fun seeing how many more kids are listed in the directory this time around.

See you guys soon, rumor is you get around the block.......

Hope your Dad is feeling better! How scary!

Love the Sawyer pictures! Does he have an official fan club started yet???? :)

No 'offical' fan club, but there is always room for one.

And yes we do get around the block...only to see the M 'n' M gang.

Good to see that you're dad is full of life! And, that Sawyer, such a little man. Every photo tells a story ... he must be a very old soul indeed.
