Do you remember when you were a kid and you could find fun in any situation? I don't, but Sawyer is reminding us daily that it's good to be a kid. Kids have the most amazing imaginations. The can think of very creative ways to entertain themselves. Sawyer will now go into his room and dump all of his toys out of the clear plastic containers. Then he will take that clear plastic container and put it up in front of his face. Then he will walk around the house looking through the clear plastic container like it was a windshield.
More was to be had over the weekend. We went up to the mountains to a Bavarian Village called Leavenworth. For those of you who know Colorado, it was sort of like Estes Park. Sawyer loved walking around the town and exploring new things. Of course he liked the toy shop, but he loved the Christmas shop with all the lights. We happened to find him a Christmas Stocking that matched mine and Shelby's perfectly, except it is five times the size of ours.

LOL. My little girl did EXACTLY that. She loved to put a plastic bowl on her head and walk around like that. She also had a penchant for putting one on the dog's head too (who sat there patiently taking it!)
