July 24th, 2006, the day our lives changed forever. Today we finally touched Sawyer for the first time and OH WHAT A FEELING!!!!!!!!!

From this day forward, you will be known to all kids (and most adults) as Sawyers Mom or Sawyers Dad! CONGRATULATIONS! He's looking mighty handsome. One day together and I bet you feel like he's always been a part of your lives. It's obvious he has always had a piece of your hearts.
Thanks for posting his photos - he's just too precious for words. I can't wait to snap that first family photo in Washington. Until then, enjoy your stay and drink it all in. Can you believe what a beautiful place our sweethearts are from? We think of you three very often. I'm SO glad to hear things are going well.

Absolutely wonderful! He's so adorable - and all yours! I put the two photos together in PhotoShop, printed it in color, and posted it on the bulletin board in the legal department. Everyone here is thrilled for all of you.
