As I sit here and ponder about my woodworking class tonight, I realize I didn't get anything done today at work. Our group had a meeting in Seattle, so that took half of the day. The other half, I've just been sitting here looking at job prints, how boring. One of the guys in the office brought in a bag of Boston Baked Beans and I haven't been able to stop eating them all afternoon. This is a bad thing because I need to stop eating bad food so I can lose some of these "winter pounds."

Another thing that's been bugging me is my computer won't stop crashing on me. Sometime I feel it would be better not to even turn the stupid thing on. On top of it all, it's a very nice day out and that makes it very hard to want to be inside to work and I can not concentrate because I want to be at home working on the backyard or on Sawyer's room. Too bad I don't have any vacation time to take right now. All will be saved for our trip to China, which I can not wait for.

Shelby has been busy doing things for Sawyer too. She basically painted the entire room by herself, except the big part that I got to roll. I tend to like to get paint on the places I am not supposed to.

Her mom and dad, back in Massachuettes, are very excited about having a grandson. Sometimes it's hard to tell who is more excited, her parents or us. Her mom wants to make a quilt for Sawyer's room and make Shelby a diaper bag with Sawyer's name Embroidered on the side. That is so cool she wants to do that for us.

My mom and dad are very excited too. My mom brings his picture into work and shows it to anybody that will look at it. She works a the Highlands Ranch Community Center, south of Denver. I swear when she checks a person in and says "you want to look at a picture of my grandson?" I think this is so awesome and words can not describe how this makes us feel that our parents are so into our adoption.

I had better be getting to my class, talk to you all later.
Scott
